  • If a product needs to be returned, you must notify Galaxy Computer Brokerage within 5 days of receipt of product. Contact customer support to make arrangements and receive return instructions.
  • All packages must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging with all manuals, documentation, cables, rack mount kits etc. and fully insured in order to receive a full refund. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee charged on all items returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Special ordered items are not eligible for refund.
  • Product damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. Galaxy Computer Brokerage reserves the right to refuse shipment or deny refund/replacement for product damaged in transit due to improper packaging.

  • In the event that we cannot replace the item that was purchased, the full purchase price excluding all applicable shipping charges will be refunded.
  • All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any items returned without a RMA number will be refused.
  • All Return Materials Authorization (RMA) requests must be submitted using our downloadable RMA form located above.
